Can I keep my existing IBB account?
Yes! You should have received an email from us with a link to activate your new account. You will keep your existing email login, but need to reset your password. After activation is complete, you'll be able to find your order history and Bitsy Bucks information.
Several of these activation emails have bounced back, and some were likely eaten up by spam folders. Please let us know if you didn't receive yours, and we are happy to resend.
Shopping with us in store? We can access your account there too! Your rewards points are safe across all channels. And guess what - now we have BARCODE SCANNERS! We are so excited to offer a speedier checkout to our in store guests.

To manage an existing registry, visit our Registry page. Not finding yours? We are working as quickly as we can to move over every last registry!
Not finding something?
While our site got a facelift, all current products carried forward from the old site. If you can't find one of your favorites, don't hesitate to let us know! We can find where it's hiding on the new site, or perhaps add it back onto our buying list!

Your existing point total should have doubled with our website move. If you have questions about your Bitsy Bucks, please email us at email@example.com and we'll get it taken care of right away.
